The award-winning songstress took time out to appreciate other African female singers.
Nigerian ace singer, songwriter and performer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has taken time to send out an heart-felt message to other female acts after her recent BET awards win.
The soul-stirring songstress won the Best International Act category at the 2022 BET Awards, as well as Best Collaboration for “Essence,” which featured her and Canadian star Justin Bieber.

Tems, who edged other talented acts such as Fireboy, Dave, Dinos, Fally Ipupa, Little Simz, and others to win her first international award, took to Twitter to praise other African female singers who she says inspire her.
The 27-year old singer mentioned names like Asa, Omawunmi, Waje, Yemi Alade, Simi, Tiwa Savage, Ayra Starr, Amaarae, Gyakie, and a slew of others in her tweet, making it known that it is all love from her side to them.
