“Stop denting my image with your demonizing allegations”– Yomi Fabiyi clears the air over labour video saga

Nollywood actor and filmmaker Yomi Fabiyi has warned his babymama, Grace Jimoh and other followers to stop denting his high reputations.

This is coming after the labour video that caused a stir online.

GISTLOVER reported that Grace Jimoh had resumed dragging him on social media.

The mum of one was back at it again as she exposed the inhumane thing he did to her.

Grace who travelled to the East to visit her family, revealed that he had packed the furniture and gadgets when she returned to the apartment she once shared with the actor.

Grace claimed that the actor took away her generator, leaving her and their child in the dark.

She noted how Yomi pressured her to sell off her household items during their love days.

In an earlier post, Grace had revealed that she was suffering from depression.

Debunking her allegations, Yomi Fabiyi slammed her for playing the gender card to gain public sympathy and financial aid at the expense of his career and mental health.

Sharing a video of Grace going through labour pain, Yomi Fabiyi who looked like he was making jest of her during labour period questioned his followers if she looked beaten or maltreated.

This labour video stirred up further reactions, as his followers called him out for making a mockery of her labour period.

Reacting, Yomi released other posts done by Grace where she alleged that he beat and brutalised her while pregnant.

Debunking the posts, Yomi wrote:

DISCLAIMER: The labour video had been posted previously, recieved friendly comments, congratulations and commendations.

HONEST FOLKS check the sincerity of purpose. Filming was to document a memorable moment. How we react therein were natural. There are loads of labour videos online. The humour therein was how best I try to calm and dowse tension. I SHOULDER THE RISK THEN THAN ANYBODY AND I AM HAPPY I WAS THERE FULLY WHEN NEEDED MOST.

No nude, censored part was filmed & released. Hypocrisy is when some travel with xray machines, analyse to score cheap social media points, exhibit hidden hate or take advantage of the anonymity of social media.

Nonetheless, the focal point of posting the video NOW is to remind us the beautiful moment and show evidence that I NEVER AND WILL NEVER BEAT MY PARTNER LET ALONE A WOMAN 9 MONTHS GONE. The blackmail and lies hurt my brand.

I detest domestic violence, I campaign and fight against it vehemently. When some women are angry, they employ extreme methods without recourse/caution. DO NOT dent my image with such demonising allegation, unacceptable.

It is worth the stress of re-uploading as that was a serious criminal accusation. I am affliated to key institutions and ideas, silence won’t be a good one. BEAT a 9months pregnant woman to STUPOR is too extreme for me. Age is not an alibi for speaking the TRUTH or telling LIES. Social Media and nonsense advantage.

Some known and unknown enemies only saw the video as an avenue to carry out their DIRTY AGENDAS, throwing every caution into the wind. Quite unfortunate. I am honestly sad but not surprised, na dem, Que Sera Sera.

Who God no FALL, no 10 billion hypocrites cant fall, they will only try. No malice intended uploading SUCH JOYFUL-PAINFUL MOMENT. It remain our personal responsibility, STOP PLAYING THE GENDER CARD maliciously always. As PARENT, we treasure every moment in it and proud of it, IT IS OURS not yours, know your LIMITS and don’t cry more than the bereaved. Abosi o lere.

NB: Dear FANS, I AM A SOFT TARGET ONLINE NOW. Game plan is to always drag me out incessantly to bore people. I will keep doing GOOD, SPEAK THE TRUTH AND STAND BY WHAT IS RIGHT. IGNORE THEM
