Meet Blemzy, the Laoudit Artiste of the Month for December 2021.

Blemzy is a singer and songwriter who discovered his passion for music right from childhood.

The talented singer whose real name is Emmanuel Victor, hails from the Southern part of Nigeria, Akwa ibom state to be precise.

Blemzy has alot of credits to his name already in terms of smash hit songs.

Few weeks ago, he dropped a song dubbed “Jonah” featuring Matto Imole. At the time of this publication, the song had already hit 5000+ downloads.

We had an exclusive interview with this promising star in a Q&A series; where he talked extensively about his journey so far in the music industry.

What made you realize that music was your path ?

Music is a way to express someone feelings, whenever I feel depressed and feel lonely music is the thing that’s comes to my mind. I am being in love with music since when I am in primary school but I don’t have anyone to sponsor

How would you describe the music that you typically create ?

Oh I create base on life experience and in order to motivate my fellow youth outcher.

Who are your biggest musical influences ?

My biggest music influencer is Wizkid

What makes your music special / unique ?

My music is special and unique because it’s base on prayer point

Describe how you make a track from scratch ?

I do pick a beat when I write up my lyric down in a jotter and work on the instrumental.

Have you always been interested in music? Was there a particular song/performance that made you say “Woah! I want to do that!” ?

Yes sure !Like i have said earlier i’ve always wanted to do music

Coming up as an artist, what would you say your biggest challenges is/are ?

Finances.

Has there been one particular moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of ?

I’m proud of every moment

Where do you see yourself in a decade (in 10 years time) ?

At the top where I will be proud of myself.

I’m working on another track named Way Up
