The veteran rapper has reacted to the list of rappers that were nominated for the 2022 Headies Award.
Ace Nigerian rapper, Jude Abaga, popularly known as M.I, has reacted to the 2022 Headies Awards’ “Lyricist on the Roll” nomination list.
The Headies Awards show, which celebrates the Nigerian music scene and is scheduled to take place on Sunday 4th September 2022 at the COBB Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, USA, rolled out its nomination list yesterday, May 25th 2022.

The Lyricict on the Roll, a non-voting category for the rap artist with the best lyrical depth and performance on a single song or album, had names like AQ, Blaqbonez, Jesse Jagz, Ladipoe, Payper Corleone, and Vector.
Despite being on the “last cypher,” which earned AQ and Blaqbonez nominations, as well as “Crown of Clay,” which earned Vector a nomination, M.I. Abaga was not nominated in the category.
M.I took to Twitter to support the lyricist on the roll list, despite the fact that he was not nominated.He wrote:
