Singer Davido in a recent interview revealed why and how he recorded the latest hit song, ‘Stand Strong’ with the Sunday Service Choir.
Award-winning singer and performer David Adeleke, who is popularly known as Davido, has revealed the reason and how he recorded ‘Stand Strong’ with the Sunday Service Choir.
The singer who was on The Daily Show With Trevor Noah revealed that the reason he had recorded the song was as a result of him challenging himself as an artist. He also went on to explain that he had been inspired by the Sunday Service Choir and their cover of the RIAA Gold Certified song ‘If.’
Davido explained that he had attended the private listening party of Kanye West, where he had met with the choir; they had discussed how they could possibly incorporate the African sound with their heavenly vocals. They had travelled to another country, and the song was made.
