Spotify has released its list of the most streamed female artists for 2021, which includes Tems, Ayra Starr, Teni, and others.

Global music streaming platform Spotify has released its annual wrap up for the year tagged “Spotify Wrapped” and for the category of the most streamed female artistes in Nigeria, Tems, Ayra Starr and Teni made the cut.
The Spotify Wrapped is a sort of report card that gives details of an artist’s activities all through the year, that is, the number of streams they garnered, the number of monthly listeners they got, the number of playlists their songs were added to, and countries where their songs are being listened to, amidst other reports.
One of the highlights of the Spotify wrap is the most streamed female artists in Nigeria, and for the year 2021, buzzing Nigerian songstress Tems leads the list, followed by Mavin Records star Ayra Starr. American singer Doja Cat claimed third on the list, while Teni was on number four, and Tiwa Savage concluded the list.
