The sad and gloomy expression on the face of Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ star, Angel Smith, during the prize presentation for the winner of this season’s BBNaija, Whitemoney has sparked mixed reactions on social media.
Whitemoney emerged the winner of BBNaija 2021 after securing 47% of the votes beating a fierce contender, Liquorose, Pere, Cross, Angel, and Emmanuel.
As part of his award, Whitemoney received a cheque of 30million naira, a new house, and a car from the organizers of the show including trips and other supplies from the sponsors.
During the show, Whitemoney was asked by the host, Ebuka who he is not happy to see and he said that he is not happy to see sad faces and the housemates and guests burst into laughter and clapped for him with the exception of Angel.
Fans after seeing this wondered why she is still angry and some were certain she is pained Whitemoney won the ultimate.
Meanwhile, in a video making rounds online, Maria was seen apologizing to Angel’s father. Recall that Maria called Angel a prostitute and body-shamed her a number of times prompting Angel’s dad to react
“I’m very sorry for all the things I said about your daughter. It was based on miscommunication. I do love your daughter, no disrespect of any kind to her,” she said.
