The presidential campaign posters of Nigerian rappers Folarin Falana, popularly called Falz, has flooded the streets of the nation’s capital Abuja.
In the photos that emerged online, Falz has Nigeria activist Aisha Yesufu as his running mate, but the political party’s name is not disclosed.
However Falz and Aisha Yesufu, during the EndSars protest in 2020, did not relent in speaking against Nigeria’s current administration and bad governance.
The campaign posters are being sponsored by a concerned group named ‘Street Mobilisation’. Some Abuja residents were seen carrying the campaign posters, while others were seen pasted on walls and roadside.
This development has generated mixed reactions among many Nigerians. While some expressed excitement, others said Falz might be unaware of the campaign posters. See reactions below;
