Officers of the federal Capital Territory Police Command have been deployed to the National Secretariat of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), to seal it off.
Reports have it that the sealing was based on orders of the Inspector General of Police (IGP).
The IGP, according to reports, will be meeting with the two camps of the party National Working Committee (NWC) at the force headquarters by 1pm.
It was gathered the order, which was handed down through the FCT Commissioner of Police, to the APC Chief Security Officer, instructed members of the National Working Committee(NWC) are not allowed entrance to the party headquarters.
The Appellate Court sitting in Abuja last week upheld the suspension of the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
Chief Giadom is laying claims to the position of the APC National Chairman in an acting capacity. But some of his colleagues in the National Working Committee said the former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who is indisposed, is the Acting National Chairman.
