“I Thought It Was My Younger Self”-Okonjo-Iweala Reacts After Seeing Little Girl Dressed As Her

The director-General of the World Trade Organization, (WTO), Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has warmly reacted to a photo of a little Nigerian who rocked an indigenous outfit and posed like her.

The unnamed girl also wore a pair of spectacle to mirror Okonjo-Iweala’s trademark sense of fashion. On seeing the photo, Nigeria’s former Finance Minister labelled the girl as the cutest girl she has ever seen.

She then expressed interest in knowing her saying the resemblance she bears with her is too striking for her to ignore her. Sharing the photo on her Twitter page, Dr. Okonjo-Iweala wrote;

”This is the cutest young girl I’ve seen in her lookalike Nigerian outfit! I almost thought it was my younger self. I would like to know her name!”

Meanwhile Nigerian actress Etinosa Idemudia is celebrating on social media after getting international recognition.

In an Instagram page, she revealed that she has been nominated for best actress (Independent African Film) and best actress (African TV show) at the 2021 Hollywood and African Prestigious Award (HAPA).

The Delta-born made this known in an Instagram post on Tuesday. “I just got nominated for and sent an invitation letter to Los Angeles USA for an International Award.

“Hollywood and African Prestigious Award, Multiple Award Categories: Best Actress, Independent African Film(Charlie Charlie), Best Actress African TV show(Blood of Enogie), I can’t keep calm,” she wrote.

Etinosa made her acting debut in A Little White Lie produced by Emem Isong.

In 2018, she produced her first feature film The Washer Man which featured several notable Nollywood actors including Ik Ogbonna, Mofe Duncan and Chris Okagbue.
