Buzzing Nigerian rapper Goya Menor, gave a detailed narration about how he made his smash tune ‘Ameno Amapiano remix’.
The high-tempo Amapiano tune became a smash tune in the latter part of 2021, going on to become a global smash tune courtesy of video-sharing app TikTok.

In an interview with City FM’s Melody Hassan, the rapper, who is often regarded as a hypeman, stated that he was interested in making the song because of the buzz that Era’s classic “Ameno” had in Nigerian nightclubs. He went on to state that he searched for the song but ended up stumbling on an Amapiano version by Nektunez in which he recorded on it and tagged it ‘Ameno Amapiano Remix’.
The song, which is currently the most shazamed afrobeats song in the world and has garnered hundreds of millions of streams, continues to rack up numbers, all thanks to TikTok.
Goya Menor also spoke about other projects he is working on and other interesting topics in the interview.
