Reports has it that Muslim clerics who were meant to perform the burial ceremony have subsequently pulled out, stating that they will not be a part of an arrangement that contradicts Muslim custom.
The funeral ceremony of veteran actor, Baba Suwe, would not hold immediately, as is customary with Islamic traditions.
A recent report by, ENigeria Newspaper, revealed that, Adesola Omidina, son of late legendary actor has set a new burial date for his father, as against the customary Muslim immediate burial.
Inside sources told the media outlet that Adesola Omidina, who lives in the United States, insisted that his father’s funeral be postponed to Thursday so that he could attend.

After his father died yesterday, Adesola Omidina apologized to members of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), performers, and Nigerians for his younger brother’s statements which went viral on social media.
Meanwhile Reports has it that popular Nigerian actresses, Ini Edo and Iyabo Ojo are at war with each other over a married man.
According to blogger, who shared the gist on Instagram, the actresses have refused to allow each other to get a fair share, as Ini Edo wants him all to herself, just as Iyabo Ojo
The married man responsible for the conflict is identified as Taiwo Afolabi, a Nigerian business magnate and lawyer.
He is also the current C.E.O of SIFAX Group, a conglomerate that deals in Maritime, Aviation, Haulage, Hospitality, Financial Services and Oil and Gas.
