Chocolate City’s rap wunderkind, Blaqbonez, has shared with music lovers the reason why the much-talked about and highly lauded visuals for his Back In Uni single, doesn’t have a scene that references Davido.

The rapper had opened up on this as an address to music lovers who’d questioned the absence of a Davido reference. Tweeting about this with photo receipts of the music video storyboard with details on each idea, Blaqbonez said; “i love a good agenda but the truth is we had a Davido scene that we couldn’t achieve for a bunch of reasons. Director Blaqbonez 100% respects 001 🖤”
Released on the 12th of October, Blaqbonez’s Back In Uni video has since garnered close to a million views within 24 hours while appearing on the YouTube Trending charts both in Nigeria and in America.
