COntroversial Nigerian personality, and former Nigerian presidential aide, Reno Omokri has urged Nigerian celebrities to desist from posting sexy or naked photos at this crucial time in Nigeria.
There is tension in Nigeria as a lot of issues are flying hoving around. The issue of the killing of church congregants at the Catholic church in a small town in Owo in Ondo State by unknown gunmen is yet to be resolved.
Also, the country is in a heated moment where elections are ongoing. A lot of Nigerians have urged others to get their PVC in order to vote out the old men in power.
Amidst the heated atmosphere, Reno Omokri has urged celebrities to desist from posting sexy pictures in this moment when a lot of people have lost their lives
He tweeted, “As celebrities, please be sensitive to the national mood. Dozens of our citizens were killed 48 hours ago during a church service in the #OwoMassacre. Perhaps now is not the time to release sexy and half-naked photos. It makes us all look like an uncaring nation of degenerates!”
“You have influence as a celebrity. #OwoMassacre occurred. Rather than use your celebrity to help victims, you use it to market your semi-nakedness. Is this the right time for that? “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens”-Eccl 3:1.”
