Buju had his first headline show in Lagos, and it was a night of thrilling musical experience.
Buzzing Nigerian singer, songwriter and performer, Daniel Benson, popularly known as Buju, had his first headline show in the city of Lagos and we have highlights from it just for you!
Buju, who has had quite an amazing year, has racked up hits after hits with his own songs and also features. He kicked off 2021 with Ladipoe‘s smash hit titled “Feeling.” A run of other features followed by two singles in Outside and Testimony showed that the singer was not here to play at all this year. After featuring on Wizkid’s ‘Mood‘ off the Made in Lagos deluxe version, he also put out his own debut EP titled “Sorry I’m Late” to cap the run.

The Afrobeats sensation, who recently also had a successful headline concert in London, held his first headline concert in Lagos on the 22nd of December 2021 at the Balmoral Convention Center, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos.
In a night filled with thrilling performances, the Grammy-nominated Buju was joined on stage by heavyweight acts like Wizkid, Burna Boy, Omah Lay, Zlatan, Ladipoe, Bella Shmurda, Blaqbonez, Tec, Victony, Zinoleesky, Portable (Zazoo), Poco Lee, and a host of others.
