Former Minister of Aviation and her estranged husband, Femi Fani-Kayode, has released a counter affidavit he filed on October 26 in dissent to his estranged wife’s petition filed on March 31, 2021, just about 24 hours after Precious Chikwendu called out one “Mr Short Fuse” for allegedly harassing and obsessing over her.
Remember how Precious said she was being harassed and her rights were being violated because she wanted to visit her children? She claims that anytime she shares a photo of herself looking at peace, police officers are dispatched to harass her.
FFK said in a rebuttal affidavit that Precious had 12 nannies caring for their children, omitting supervisors and nurses who were equally responsible for them. He further stated that Precious never gave their children mother care because she had a medical problem that prevented her from having a filial tie with them.
In addition, the former minister said that his estranged wife refused to breastfeed their children in order to maintain her body shape. Precious, he claims, has threatened to kill him and their children without warning, and that her alleged “unrepented sexual exploits” put their lives in jeopardy.
In response to claims that his estranged wife is being denied access to their children, he claimed that she is merely acting as a victim and has no strong desire to be with them.
He also claimed that Precious had an affair with a military officer, accusing her of lying to him by claiming to be unmarried. He then went on to describe a violent incident that prompted police officers to intervene.
